ਮੋਗਾ 28 ਫਰਵਰੀ: ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਉਪ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ. ਸੁਖਬੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਅੱਜ ਮੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਅਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਹੁਣ ਤੱਕ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਲਈ ਤਹਿ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਸੂਝਵਾਨ ਵੋਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੇ ਨਾਂ ਪੱਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਕਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।ਮੋਗਾ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਈ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸ. ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਉਪ ਚੋਣ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਪਾਰਟੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਬਕ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਲੋਕ ਸਿਰਫ ਤੇ ਸਿਰਫ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨਾਂ ਪੱਖੀ ਪ੍ਰਚਾਰ ਤੋਂ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਉਕਤਾ ਚੁੱਕੇ ਹਨ। ਮੋਗਾ ਉਪ ਚੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਤੀਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਗਾਂਹਵਧੂ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਪੱਖ ਵਿਚ ਇਕ ਫਤਵਾ ਕਰਾਰ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਸ. ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਕ ਸਾਲ ਦੇ ਅਰਸੇ ਵਿਚ ਦੂਜੀ ਵਾਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਗਠਜੋੜ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਸਦੀਕ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਬੇਲਗਾਮ ਮਹਿੰਗਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਭ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਟਾਚਾਰ ਲਈ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ।ਸੁਤੰਤਰ ਅਤੇ ਨਿਰਪੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਸ. ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਅਮਰਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਚੋਣ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਮਹੂਰੀ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਵਿਚ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਿਸਚੈ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੁਝ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਆਗੂਆਂ ਵਲੋਂ ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕ੍ਰਿਆ ਬਾਰੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾ ਰਹੇ ਕਿੰਤੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।ਮੋਗਾ ਉਪ ਚੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਦੇ ਚੋਣ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਦਾਇਗੀ ਅਧਿਆਏ ਦੱਸਦਿਆਂ ਸ. ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਮੋਗਾ ਚੋਣ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਕੈਡਰ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਅਤੇ 2014 ਦੀਆਂ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਝਲਕ ਵਜੋਂ ਦੇਖਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਗਾਮੀ ਲੋਕ ਸਭਾ ਚੋਣਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਖਾਤਾ ਨਾ ਖੁਲ੍ਹ ਸਕਣ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰ ਰਹਿਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਰਾਜ ਅੰਦਰੋਂ ਸਿਆਸੀ ਕਾਰੋਬਾਰ ਸਮੇਟ ਲੈਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।ਸ਼੍ਰੋਮਣੀ ਅਕਾਲੀ ਦਲ-ਭਾਜਪਾ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਏਜੰਡੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਿਸਚੈ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਹਰਾਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਸ. ਬਾਦਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਚੋਣ ਨੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਨੀਤੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਹੋਰ ਪੁਖਤਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਸੂਬਾ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਹੋਰ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਹੋਏ ਹਨ।

MOGA, Februry 28 : Mr. Sukhbir Singh Badal President Shiromani Akali Dal and Deputy Chief Minister Punjab today profusely thanked the people of Moga for ensuring the win of SAD-BJP candidate with highest ever margin since independence and rejecting Congress party for their negative campaign.

          Congratulating the people of Moga and the state, Mr. Badal said that Moga bye election was a lesson for all political parties that people want development and were tired of negative propaganda being used to score points over others. Terming the Moga bye election as a referendum on the progressive policies of SAD-BJP alliance, Mr. Badal said that it was second time in the span of one year that people have shown their resolve for the development oriented policies of the alliance and punishing Congress party for unprecedented price rise and corruption inflicted on the people of the country.

Thanking Election Commission of India (ECI) for ensuring free and fair election Mr. Badal said that even Capt. Amarinder Singh has thanked ECI for this. He said that this election has strengthened the resolve of people in the inherent strength of democratic process and said that people of Punjab have rejected the question marks being raised by some Congress leaders on the election process.

          Terming the election as a last and farewell chapter in the electoral history of Congress Mr. Badal said that he sees Moga election as a warm up exercise for Akali cadre and trailer for 2014 Lok Sabha election, giving a message to Congress party that they should remain prepared for big zero seats and wind up their political operations in the state.

          Reiterating the resolve of the SAD-BJP government to continue with the development agenda, Mr. Badal said that this election reaffirmed the faith of the people in the development oriented policies of the government and their resolve to make Punjab most developed and prosperous state in the country.
