The ceramics and glass sector has immense potential, with the per capita usage of glass being just 1.2 kg, as compared to 10 kg in the west and 35 - 40 kg in USA. The per capita usage of ceramic tiles is just 0.4 sqm in India which is quite low as compared to other countries.
