f above mentioned police officials have been constituted and accusedPawan Kumar @ Pandit S/o Vishnu Kant R/o # 1492, Deep Complex, HalloMajra, Chd Age-23 Years has been arrested during the same night of crimenear Poultary form Chowk while he was trying to leave the Chandigarh.During preliminary investigation, accused Pawan Kumar @ Pandit disclosedthat, he was allured by one Jai Nath R/o Panchkula on the pretext that hehas old enmity with Siya Ram and he wants to give lesson to him and canexpends huge money to destroy Siya Ram. Accused Jai Nath, is the kingpin in the above conspiracy. As accused Pawan Kumar @ Pandit has alsoold enmity with deceased Siya Ram so he at once ready to do the job. On

this he constitute a team of youngsters comprising Deepa @ Micheal,Rinku, Ashiq, Raju etc and consumed whisky in Deep Complex Hallo Majra,Chd in the way, where deceased Siya Ram used to go his house. Accused Ashiq is still absconding toavoid his arrest. Investigation of case is in progress.
