In the movie Sanjai Mishra has depicted the human mentality through an ageless creation that is set in a remote society. The movie is about how people lose their innocence and simplicity when they get attracted to things that do not belong to them thatleads to a lot of confusion and chaos.

“COUCHING TIGER MANNU” is based on a contemporary subject that has been dealt sensitively by director Akshay Choubey. There were creative differences with Mr. Sandeep Kapoor that forced Mr. Bhushan Sharma to buy the full, major and complete rights from Mr. Sandeep Kapoor, changing the titles. So, Mr. Bhushan Sharma who was the co-producer to Mr. Sandeep Kapoor now becames the Producer and Mr. Sandeep Kapoor becames the co-producer.
