NSS camp inaugurated at village Sanrangpur (UT) Chandigarh by NSS unit of N.I.N.E, PGIMER

Chandigarh on 15th December. Principal NINE Dr. Sandhya Ghai as chief guest of the function

encouraged the volunteers to participate in such activities selflessly. 121 volunteers participated in

the inaugural function under supervision of programme officers ( Dr. Sukhjeet Kaur, Mrs. Meenakshi

Agnihorti and Mrs. Shabana Perveen). The volunteer performed a role play depicting the objective

and functions of NSS along with cultural programme. It was intimated to the villagers about various

activities to be conducted during 7 days camp that is health, hygiene, and environment and various

communicable and non- communicable diseases. With the co-operation and support of ex sarpanch

Shri Sadhu Singh and Bhupinder Kaur we are able to organise this camp and we expect their same

support during our 7 days camp.
