Chandigarh/ December 21, 2012/ Annual Function, Chaitanya Nursery School, Department of Human Development & Family Relations, held at Chaitanya Nursery SchoolThe tiny tots of Chaitanya from both pre nursery and nursery put their best foot forward to various popular rhymes and numbers on their annual day. The Deputy D E O, Education Department, Chandigarh Administration, Mrs. Vinay Sood was the Chief Guest on the occasion. The tiny tots presented a welcome song for their parents and grandparents in the audience. A skit on benefits of eating vegetables was applauded by the audience. This was followed by a narrative dance, ‘Aaya tmaatar’ and ‘Shaa Laa Laa’ where in children danced in a group. Rudrakshi from Nursery class put the audience on feet with her Rajasthani dance performance. Another rhyme ‘Mere mummy papa’ was presented. The entire nursery and nursery then sung in choir a series of popular jingles and rhymes wherein parents were all smiles and busy tapping their feet too. The Chief Guest, Mrs Vinay Sood shared her appreciation for the show put up by the school and applauded the meticulous details of the school. The Principal of the college, Mrs. Madhu Nanda proposed a vote of thanks to the Chief Guest and parents.
