Chandigarh, 28 November 2012, Specttrum News: A blood donation camp was organised at PGI, Chandigarh by Mona Portfolio Ltd. here today. More than130 people donated blood in the camp. A total of 110 mature unit of blood was collected by the blood bank staff of PGI under the supervision of ‘Operation theatre technical staff team’. The blood collection team was headed by Mrs Usha Rao.
Expressing his thoughts on this noble cause, Mr Tejinder Pal Setia, Chairman, Mona Portfolio Ltd said, “This is a very proud moment of my life and I pay my heartily thanks and gratitude to the people who took part in this camp. In this festive season when everyone is too busy in shopping and celebration, this initiative of ours will spread a message of responsibility and humanity among the people.”
